I： What is your greatest strength？
C： I think I am very good at planning. I manage my time perfectly so that I can always get things done on time.
I： What is your weakness？
C： I always give each job my best efforts， so when others are not pulling their weight， I would be frustrated.
I： Can you work under pressure？

考官：你最大的长处是什么？
应试者：我认为自己是一个很有计划的人。我极懂分配时间，因此总是能按时完成要做的事情。
考官：你的缺点是什么？
应试者：我对每一份工作都总是全力以赴，因此，当有人没有付出相应的努力时，我就会感到失望和不安。
考官：你能在压力下工作吗？
C： Yes， I find it stimulating. However， I believe that planning and proper management of my time reduce panic deadlines.
I： How do you deal with those who you think are difficult to work with？
C： I stick to my principles and keep the rules. Sometimes， they are just lack of enthusiasm， and I got them involved with something constructive. Some of them have changed their attitude later.
I： What are the problems you have encountered in your job and how do you solve them？
C： As a doctor， I always have to face all kinds of patients who are badtempered and would not cooperate with me during the treatment. But I try my best to calm them and persuade them to accept the treatment.
I： What attitude do you take towards life？
应试者：能够，我认为它具有刺激性。但是我相信周密的计划和适当地安排时间可以减少为应付工作期限而产生的慌乱情况。
考官：你怎样与那些你认为难以合作的人打交道？
应试者：我会坚持原则和坚守规则。有时候，他们只是对工作缺乏热情，我安排他们处理一些较有建设性的工作，有些人已经改变了他们的态度。
考官：你在工作中遇到过什么问题？你又怎样解决？
应试者：作为一个医生，我经常遇到脾气坏，不与我合作的各种病人。但是我倾全力使他们镇定下来，并说服他们接受治疗。
考官：你对人生抱什么态度？
C： Time and tide wait for no man. So we mustnt put off till tomorrow what can be done today. Ive found out that time and money get away very easily— you think you are in possession of them， and theyre gone！ Putting things off just makes it worse later， so even if its hard at the time， I try to get things done that day and not to let them go.
I： What basic principles do you apply to your life？
C： The basic principles I apply to my life are “true to people， working hard， living simply”.And I will try my best to practise these virtues all my life.
I： What kind of personality do you think you have？
C： I think I am a cooperative worker although I am inclined to think independently. And I am initiative and aggressive.
I： Do you think you are introverted or extroverted？
C： I am quite candid (outspoken). I enjoy calling a spade and hate talking in a roundabout way. So I would call myself outgoing.

应试者：我觉得我这个人虽然喜欢独立思考问题，但却很有合作精神。而且干事主动、很有进取心。
考官：你觉得你的性格是内向呢还是外向？
应试者：我很直率，喜欢是什么就说什么，讨厌转弯抹角。所以，我称得上是外向。
I： Do you like to be a leader or a follower？
C： I know that many people want to start at the top， but I think we should set reasonable goals for ourselves， and start small and build up.
I： What do you think is the most important thing for you to be happy？
C： I maintain that the most important thing is having good friends. A person cant live all by himself， I think. It takes a lot of people working and cooperating together. A friend in need is a friend indeed. So the more really close friends I have， the better.
I： Can you name one person you respect the most？
C： Yes. my English teacher in the university. He had so much humor and vitality， and I was deeply impressed with his tactfulness. He could make a person see the contradictions in his thinking without making him feel foolish. I learned a lot from watching the way he applied himself to his teaching， and how he led his students to see things.
考官：你喜欢做领导呢还是做随从？
应试者：我知道许多人都想一开始就从高处做起，但我认为人们应该为自己确定一个可行的目标，从小处着手，然后逐渐有所建树。
考官：你觉得对你来说快乐最重要的是什么？
应试者：我认为最重要的是有好朋友。我觉得人不可能独自一人生活，需要有很多人一块工作，一道合作。患难之交才是真朋友。因此，挚友越多越好。
考官：你能举出一个你最尊重的人吗？
应试者：能。我上大学时的英语教师。他很具幽默感，而且富有活力。我对他的机智印象深刻。他能让一个人看到自己思想上的矛盾，而不致使他觉得自己蠢。我从他潜心教学和如何引导学生看待事物的方法中受益匪浅。
