There's nothing quite like seeing a problem and solving it to create a good product. The shirt is quite new. T-he shirt is very new.

It's quite impossible to finish the job in such a short time.

He is quite a good student. He is a very good student.

He stands quite behind me.

Views on advertisement

Sophia:Nowadays, more and more advertisements appear on newspapers, broadcasts, magazines as well as streets.

Anna:Yeah,there are so many advertisements.

Sophia:What's your opinion on advertisements?

Anna:As for me,I think advertisements are very unpleasant. I think people are often cheated by the false advertisement on which people always waste a great deal of time.

Sophia:Yes,I totally agree with you.

Anna:We can't believe everything that is from an advertisement.

Sophia:Absolutely.

Anna:What's more,I feel annoyed to be interrupted when we are watching TV plays.

Sophia:So advertisements should be limited,I think.

Courtesy caII

Courtesy call is a sugarcoated term used by telemarketers which really means sales call. This is one of the most deceitful and misleading phrases ever since there is nothing courteous about it.

For example:

Hello. This is a courtesy call from Talk America which is inviting you to switch to our service.
