1.把那些无关紧要的数字抛至脑后,包括年龄、体重和身高。让医生去为它们操心,不然,你为什么要付钱给他们。

2.只和快乐的人做朋友。那些满腹牢骚的人会让你情绪低落。

3.不断学习,多学一些关于电脑、手工制作、园艺之类的技艺,什么都行。永远不要让大脑一片空白,空白的大脑是魔鬼的加工厂。

4.在小事中寻找乐趣。

8.Cherish your health.If it is good,preserve it.If it is unstable,improve it.If it is beyond what you can improve,get help.

9.Don’t take guilt trips.Take a trip to the mall,to the next country,to a foreign country,but not to where the guilt is.

10.Tell the people you love that you love them,at every opportunity.
