The three bears had been having some trouble recently and had ended up in the family court。Mama and Papa bear were splitting up and baby bear had to decide who he was going to live with。
So，the judge wanted to talk to baby bear to see what he thought about living with either of his parents。When he asked baby bear about living with his father，baby bear said，“No，I can't live with Papa bear，he beats me terribly。”
“OK。”said the judge，“Then you want to live with your mother，right？”
“No way！”replied baby bear，“She beats me worse than Papa bear does。”
The judge was a bit of confused by this and didn't quite know what to do。“Well，you have to live with someone，so is there any relatives you would like to stay with？”asked the judge。
“Yes。”answered baby bear，“My aunt Bertha bear who lives in Chicago。”
“You're sure she will treat you well and won't beat you？”asked the judge。
“Oh definitely。”said baby bear，“The Chicago Bears don't beat anybody。”
熊家庭最近出了点问题，最终到了家庭法庭上。熊爸爸和熊妈妈要离婚了，小熊们必须决定跟谁。
于是，法官决定和小熊谈一谈，看他愿意与谁一起生活。法官问与熊爸爸住如何，小熊答道：“不，我不能和熊爸爸住一起，他总是打我。”

“没门！”小熊回答，“她打我比爸爸打我还要厉害。”
法官迷惑了，他不知道该怎么办了。“但是你总得和其他的熊一起住啊，想不想和某位亲戚一起生活？”法官问道。
“想，”小熊答道，“我想和住在芝加哥的熊阿姨Bertha一起住。”
“你确定她会好好对待你，不打你吗？”法官问道。
“当然不会，”小熊说，“芝加哥的熊是不会打别人的。”
