虽不知道这段文字出自谁手，但我一直把它作为我的座右铭，它警醒着我——未来掌控在自己手中。我们可以把神秘莫测的未来想象成任何模样，如同雕刻家可以把不规则的石头刻成任何雕像一样。
人人都是农夫，撒播优良的种子，我们就会获得丰收；反之，种子劣质，地里杂草丛生，收成自然不好。没有耕耘，就没有收获。
我希望未来比昨天更美好，我不愿那些充斥于历史的过失与错误把未来玷污。我们将在未来中度过余生，所以，我们都应关注未来。
对于寂然不动、已消逝的往昔，我们无能为力。但未来就在我们眼前，生机勃勃。我们可以通过自己的行为去构筑它。如果我们独具慧眼，那么，不论在生活中，还是事业上，我们每天都会有新发现。在人类的各个探索领域，一切才刚刚开始。

I do not know who wrote these words，but I have always liked them as a reminder that the future can be anything we want to make it.We can take the mysterious，hazy future and carve out of it anything that we can imagine，just as a sculptor carves a statue from a shapeless stone.We are all in the position of the farmer.If we plant a good seed，we reap a good harvest.If our seed is poor and full of weeds，we reap a useless crop.If we plant nothing at all，we harvest nothing at all.
I want the future to be better than the past.I don’t want it contaminated by the mistakes and errors with which history is filled.
We should all be concerned about the future because that is where we will spend the remainder of our lives.
The past is gone and static.Nothing we can do will change it.The future is before us and dynamic.Everything we do will affect it.Each day brings with it new frontiers，in our homes and in our businesses，if we will only recognize them.We are just at the beginning of the progress in every field of human endeavor.
