We both fled to the south when went on the warfare；
Now peace restored， you alone return and north fare.
It is in an alien place that our heads turn white；
Your homeland’s green mountains you will soon have in sight.
You’ll pass the broken fortress with the moon declining
And sleep at an old pass with myriad stars shining.
What accompanies your saddened face all the way
Will be shivering fowls and grass going to decay.
